Proclear compatible toric lenses
If there’s anyone out there suffering through what I’ve been going through in the last few months because of their contact lenses then I hope this helps.
Try Proclear Compatible Toric contact lenses. I don’t know what I’d be doing right now without these Proclear Compatible Toric lenses. I might have given up and gone back to glasses, something I absolutely did not want to do.
I’ve been wearing contact lenses for most of my life now, first hard contact lenses, which I first got in the seventh grade, and then soft contact lenses since about five years or so ago.
I’ve never had any problems before, but since I’ve gotten older, and most noticeably in the last few years, it seems I’ve had problems wearing my contact lenses for long periods of time. My eyes just seem to be a lot drier than they were when I was younger.
Anyway, I tried bringing eye drops around with me but that seems like it only works for a few minutes and you have to put more in. Finally, I went to a different doctor, and he suggested we try a few different kinds of lenses to see if we couldn’t get something that would help. Apparently, contact lenses have gotten a lot better since I started wearing them. I just didn’t know about it because I never had any problems that would make me change.
We tried several different types of lenses, all of which were designed to retain moisture better. I finally settled on the Proclear Compatible Toric lenses that are designed for an office type controlled environment. They’ve worked out really well for me.
What makes Proclear torics different?
By the end of a long day many contact lens wearers, who were so comfortable in the morning, are ready to ditch those lenses for the all-embracing comfort of their eyeglasses. It is funny how those very lenses that were so convenient and seemingly non-existent early on in the day can transform to an eye-irritating headache later on. Eye sensitivity, dryness and general discomfort are not uncommon among some contact lens users after a full day of wearing their lenses. In fact, these symptoms may sound very familiar to you. Proclear compatible toric lenses may provide a well-needed alternative for this group of people. In fact proclear compatible toric lenses actually maintain a layer of water around the lens!
This constant hydration means that the dry feeling is greatly reduced. For some contact lens users, this provides the needed relief to continue wearing lenses. Proclear compatible toric lenses may actually be more readily accepted by the eye, because they are produced with phosphorylcholine, a naturally occurring substance in human membranes. Phosphorylcholine actually aids in preventing reactions to foreign objects (i.e. the contact lens), thus enabling a greater level of comfort for those wearing them. These lenses may be especially helpful to those contact lens wearers who spend a lot of time at a computer or in climate controlled environments. Contact lenses are a wonderful vision aid and convenience when they are comfortable. However, for any of us who have experienced that discomfort, this may be a wonderful alternative to clear vision with greater comfort.
